Job summary

SK&A Structural Engineers seeks a Project Manager with 8–10 years in building enclosure consulting, waterproofing, or façade engineering to independently lead projects from design through field investigation and construction administration.

You’ll own project execution and technical quality, mentor junior staff, and help grow the practice while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–10 years in building enclosure consulting, waterproofing, façade engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong project management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality technical reports and client correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables; serve as primary contact for clients, architects, contractors, and owners; lead design coordination, pre-installation, and construction progress meetings; support proposals and fee negotiation.
