We’re looking for a Bilingual Senior Project Manager who oversees the end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of a portfolio of complex and/or high-volume projects. The Senior Project Manager directs internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors while partnering directly with owners’ representatives, contracting officers, and property managers. Responsibilities span detailed project scheduling, Work-In-Progress (WIP) and budget management, safety enforcement, client communication, and proactively identifying change order opportunities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to exemplary quality standards.
