Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) role at STV.

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction) to join our national aviation team. This position may assist aviation clients across the country, requiring proximity to a major airline hub such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

The Senior Project Manager’s primary goal is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to meet or exceed project profit margins.

Job Responsibilities

1. Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manage proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout; oversee budgets, change requests, and invoicing.
3. Participate in or lead marketing efforts, proposal preparations, and presentations.
4. Plan project execution and develop project manuals.
5. Monitor manpower, scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risk management to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.
6. Establish a contractor-client liaison network for project updates.
7. Oversee project from start to delivery, including manpower planning.
8. Form and lead project teams, hold regular coordination meetings.
9. Manage permit submissions and ensure code compliance.
10. Conduct regular project progress meetings to ensure adherence to contract terms and specifications.
11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; address manpower, equipment, and material needs.
12. Supervise and evaluate personnel as needed.

Compensation Range: $153,483.98 - $204,645.30
