Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Aviation (Architecture, Construction)

STV is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Aviation to join our national aviation team. This role involves assisting aviation clients across the country with various projects. Candidates should be within a reasonable commute to a major airline hub, such as DFW, IAH, ATL, EWR, ORD, LGA, SAT, etc.

The primary objective of the Senior Project Manager is to build and maintain positive client relationships and to achieve or exceed the projected profit margins for projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize cross-functional activities to coordinate project tasks, including deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
2. Manage and direct the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout, including handling project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing.
3. Participate in or lead project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects.
4. Plan the complete project execution and develop the project manual.
5. Monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and performance, managing scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communication, resources, procurement, and risks.
6. Establish a contractor-client liaison network to keep stakeholders informed about project planning, start dates, and progress.
7. Oversee the project from initiation through delivery, including manpower planning and updates.
8. Form a project team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibilities and tasks.
9. Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and permits.
10. Hold regular project meetings to ensure contract terms and specifications are met.
11. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, and address manpower, equipment, and quality issues promptly.
12. Supervise, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

Compensation Range: $153,484 - $204,645
