Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Embedded or Computer Engineering.
• Interest in PMP certification is beneficial.
• Experience in software development, system arch or validation.
• Understanding of embedded systems integration.
• Strong ability to translate technical bottlenecks into status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for SW/System projects.
• Bridge System, Software and Validation teams for alignment.
• Interface with R&D, Finance, Sales, and Industrial teams.
• Plan and govern projects; maintain timelines and milestones.
• Flag risks to schedule and manage change requests.
• Ensure compliance with V-Model, ASPICE, and Functional Safety.
• Apply Agile, Scrum or Waterfall as appropriate.
• Audit project documentation for quality and standards compliance.
• Drive consensus and leadership without direct authority.
