Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Project Manager II for Worley Consulting Digital in the Englewood/Denver, CO area. The role leads project scope, manages budgets and schedules, mentors engineers, and drives new business opportunities across energy, chemicals and mining sectors.

The position requires an engineering or I&C/automation degree with 8+ years in project management and strong MS Project/Office skills. Occasional travel and on-site leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or I&C, automation.
• Over 8 years' experience managing projects or deploying advanced automation, instrumentation, and control in industrial settings.
• Proven performance leading technical work as a Project Manager.
• Demonstrated capabilities to build relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in various contracting models (Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable).
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Execute project scope within defined budget and schedule; manage/change orders and obtain customer approval.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with deliverables.
• Maintain office/site safety for project team.
• Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members; provide training as needed.
• Develop and grow project scopes and offerings; seek new opportunities.
• Support high-quality client proposals and bid documentation; contribute to PMO improvements.
