GPAC is conducting a search for a Senior Project Manager on behalf of a confidential client in the United States. The role focuses on leading project teams, delivering quality output, and managing scope, schedule, and budget across construction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of profitability. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $220,000, with bonus potential and comprehensive

• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects
• Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
• Exceptional initiative, execution and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
• Construction Management degree is a plus.

• Oversee invoice per project terms and negotiate appropriate change orders.

Senior Project Manager Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Senior Project Manager is between $150,000 and $220,000 and Assitant Project Manager 80k-120k depending on experience and maybe more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and a successful history of performance.
