Job summary

Bell Design Group in Los Angeles, with studios in Spain and Argentina, seeks a Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction. You’ll collaborate with Project Architects and design teams, manage client communications, and travel locally or out of state as needed across North America.

You’ll contribute to studio leadership, mentor junior staff, and help advance the practice.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Architectural license preferred but not required.
• 8–10+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience carrying projects of both large and small scale from design concept through completion.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Adobe CS, Miro, MS Office, BIM and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project development from planning to construction administration.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Represent the studio in client meetings, presentations, and agency reviews.
• Engage in studio culture, leadership, and continuous improvement.
