The role requires 8–10+ years in workplace design, LEED GA within 6 months, and professional licensure. It is an on-site position with a strong emphasis on collaboration and design excellence.

Responsabilités

• Understands and executes all aspects of the design process to meet goals and standards.
• Full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects to ensure scope and budget compliance.
• Manages project teams, fosters collaboration, and ensures effective communication with clients and consultants.
• Participates in developing project scope and budget during marketing and contract development.
• Provides timely communication of project information to clients and team.
• Monitors construction administration during the construction phase.
