Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multi-discipline teams through lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary science-focused projects with technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedules and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate with accounting, operations, and leadership for reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
