Job summary

Leo A Daly is seeking an experienced architect to develop technical aspects of projects, from investigation through construction documentation. You will contribute to design development and ensure quality construction documents, collaborating with diverse teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in architecture, registration as an Architect, and 6+ years of experience; Master’s and LEED accreditation are preferred. Salary ranges with strong benefits reflect senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Architect status.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture.
• LEED accreditation and strong leadership and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and specify project appropriate architectural requirements.
• Performs modeling and detailing tasks.
• Conducts site investigations and observations.
• Investigates, evaluates and recommends design solutions.
• Responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction.
• May supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals who assist in specific assignments.
