The role emphasizes QA/QC, client relationships, and collaboration across multi-design disciplines; candidates should have a bachelor’s in architecture/engineering/construction management and 8+ years of experience, with PE/CCM preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of architecture, engineering, or construction management

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end including scope, goals, deliverables and QA/QC; plan, track and schedule timelines and milestones.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend budget changes where necessary.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Supervise project team members and contractors and drive accountability for their work.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project success.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in interviews.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
