Job summary

• 5+ years in program or project management in healthcare, pharmacy, or tech environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with application management focus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint facilitation.
• Understanding of software licensing management and compliance.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and deadline discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes project schedules, applying Agile practices for sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with support, technical, and development teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues to maintain program progression.
• Serve as liaison among functional teams and senior leadership for updates and escalations.
• Communicate licensing status, renewals, and compliance to the Senior Director.
• Oversee licensing across third-party systems and manage procurement needs.
• Track budgets and report financials to leadership; support capacity planning.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and executive summaries.
