Job summary

Jobtailor in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead analytics and Tableau dashboard initiatives in healthcare. You will own intake, plan milestones, coordinate requirements, and communicate with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders.

You will move projects from intake to prioritization, development, UAT, and go-live, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with priorities. Strong QA and Tableau expertise, plus Agile ceremonies, are required.

Qualifications

• Project management certificate and/or QA processes like Six Sigma or Lean.
• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management in healthcare.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing scope.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Minimum 2+ years hands‑on experience developing Tableau dashboards/visualizations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Final candidate disclosures regarding misconduct within the last seven years; UC personnel file review applies.

• Own intake, requirements coordination, project planning, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Work with Ambulatory Transformation & Performance Leadership, BI Developers, Clinical, Operational, and Administrative stakeholders
• Move requests from intake through prioritization, development, UAT, and go-live
• Ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with operational priorities
• Use existing Reporting & Analytics dashboards and curated data sources to help answer operational questions when needed

Requirements

• Project management certificate and / or quality assurance processes like Six Sigma or Lean or equivalent project management experience required
• 5-7 years of experience in project or program management in healthcare, preferably supporting analytics, BI, operations, or technology teams
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and managing scope
• Experience running Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
• Final candidate accepting an offer must disclose certain final administrative or judicial misconduct decisions or appeals within the last seven years
• Current/former UC employees are subject to a personnel file review
