Crispin in New York City is seeking an organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex campaigns from inception to execution, coordinating with Account Services and Practice teams to deliver work on time and on budget.

This role requires 5+ years in a creative or fast-paced social agency, a proven track record in social-first content, strong client-facing communication, cross‑channel delivery, and proficiency in Adobe Workfront and the Microsoft Office suite.

Crispin is seeking an organized and goal-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic agency. Project Managers are responsible for leading a project internally from its inception to execution. They will work closely with Account Services and Practice teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. Senior Project Managers must possess effective cross-organizational leadership skills. They will need to prioritize, plan and execute against multiple concurrent projects autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile & Reactive Asset Development: Direct end-to-end asset production workflows for fast-turnaround, social-first assets, capitalizing on real-time culture, trending moments, and emerging internet commentary within hours or days.


• Serve as Client & Team Liaison: Co-lead day-to-day external client communications alongside internal account and creative teams to align on rapid briefs, secure fast-track approvals, and maintain transparency throughout hyper-fast turnarounds.


• Manage Scopes, Timelines & Schedules: Produce flexible scopes of work, estimates, and agile project timelines that accommodate both planned brand campaigns and high-speed reactive workstreams while maintaining budget efficiency and client expectations.


• Resource & Workflow Optimization: Analyze workload demands in real time to dynamically allocate creative, post-production, and influencer management resources to clear production bottlenecks and speed up speed-to-market.


• Proactive Risk & Scope Management: Anticipate production hurdles, manage quick-turn scope changes, and actively mitigate risks associated with fast-paced social deployments to ensure brand safety and quality compliance.


• Drive Best Practices & Standards: Foster agile collaboration, key takeaways, and streamlined production processes between social strategists, creators, and practice teams to optimize the agency's real-time creative model

Requirements

• Ability to work in-office at One World Trade in NYC.


• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or fast-paced social agency environment.


• Proven track record in social-first content & reactive execution: Demonstrated experience managing rapid-turnaround social content pipelines, creator/influencer-led workstreams, and culturally timely asset production.


• Extensive client-facing experience: Superior communication and relationship management skills with a strong, assertive presence when leading client meetings and navigating fast-moving approval processes.


• Cross-channel project execution: Experience managing integrated campaigns spanning social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.) alongside digital, print or experiential touchpoints.


• High-speed problem solving: Strong time management, organisational skills, and an ability to thrive under pressure while balancing concurrent planned and reactive projects.


• Software proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Workfront (or equivalent agile PM tools) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Schedule flexibility: Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours to overlap with key clients and respond to real-time social moments.


• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalant professional experience.

Base compensation range is $100,000 - $120,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
