Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead the commercial team in Tampa, FL. The PM will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and coordinate subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables, serving as the primary client contact.

The role requires a PE license (or ability to obtain within six months) and 5+ years in A/E/C. Strong communication, project controls, and financial tooling skills are essential to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
• Active PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive professional experience in A/E/C.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Build and maintain project plan with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and negotiate EWAs and fees with clients.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet; align with financial reporting.
