Extol, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects from purchase order through installation and acceptance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage communications with customers, and ensure performance, timing, and financial results meet expectations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a technical or manufacturing environment, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from purchase orders through installation and acceptance.
• Serve as primary customer contact with clear, timely communication.
• Lead internal teams through the Project Timeline Process including resource planning and milestone development.
• Manage project financial performance using Extol best practices.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve technical challenges.
• Ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clearly understood and implemented.
• Generate and maintain required project documentation.
• Drive project rhythms and communication aligned with Extol operating principles.
• Follow Extol’s Quality Management System with discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Extol, Inc. is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team. This position is responsible for managing projects from purchase orders through equipment installation and acceptance. The Senior Project Manager works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure equipment meets expectations for performance, timing, and financial results. This is a highly visible role that offers ownership, variety, and the opportunity to grow as project complexity increases.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from purchase order through installation and acceptance.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for the project – providing clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Lead internal project teams through the Project Timeline Process including resource planning and milestone development.
• Manage project financial performance using Extol best practices.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve technical challenges.
• Ensure project scope, requirements, and deliverables are clearly understood and implemented.
• Generate and maintain required project documentation.
• Drive project rhythms and communication aligned with Extol operating principles.
• Follow Extol’s Quality Management System with discipline.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Values collaboration, accountability, and delivering on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, tools, and best practices
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred but not required
