Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Wilmington, DE to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple initiatives on a 12-month contract.

You will translate business priorities into structured plans, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress with executive stakeholders. Strong Agile, JIRA/Confluence, and fintech domain experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or Agile delivery leadership.
• Experience creating status reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive presentations.
• Experience in financial services or fintech domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across initiatives, from intake through release.
• Translate business priorities into structured delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, project plans, and Gantt views aligned with sprint plans across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Track delivery progress and drive timely corrective action by identifying gaps, risks, blockers, and ownership needs.
• Identify, manage, and monitor cross-team dependencies, including those managed through Jira or Jira Align, and assess
