Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end healthcare construction projects in West Palm Beach, FL. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and owner relationships to deliver complex hospital and healthcare facility builds on time and within budget.

As the primary owner's representative, you will maintain proactive client communication, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with a focus on healthcare facilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale hospital, medical office, or acute-care construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or CCM certification a plus.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of healthcare construction regulations including Joint Commission standards, FGI guidelines, and ICRA protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills with the ability to represent the owner's interests at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP or CCM certification a plus.
