The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience in an industrial or commercial manufacturing or production environment.

• Orchestrate cross-functional partners spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality toward shared goals.
• Translate customer requirements and business objectives into actionable, executable technical roadmaps.
• Track progress in real time, surface risks and scope changes early, and drive corrective action before issues escalated.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with transparent, candid updates on status, risk, and delivery commitments.
• Sharpen the way we execute - refining playbooks, tooling, and development-cycle throughput over time.
