Job summary

Rishabh RPO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large federal communications, publications, and web content support program in the DC metro area. You will provide contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, and quality management across a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include directing project planning, risk management, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with relevant experience in programs or projects.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing federal communications, publications, outreach, or related programs.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Job DescriptionSeeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large Federal communications, publications, and web content support program. The Senior Project Manager will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality management, and performance management across a multidisciplinary team supporting research communications, stakeholder engagement, web content management, publications, and multimedia services.
