Job summary

Rishabh RPO is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large federal communications, publications, and web content support program in the DC metro area. You will provide contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, and quality management across a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include directing project planning, risk management, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while coordinating transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's with relevant experience in programs or projects.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing federal communications, publications, outreach, or related programs.
• Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for leadership and COR.
• Provide overall contract and staff management.
• Direct project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee production of communications products, publications, outreach activities, and web content.
• Ensure contract deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead status reporting, staffing management, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate transition, onboarding, and continuity of operations activities.
