Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction initiatives in a dynamic environment. You will develop comprehensive plans, track timelines and budgets, and coordinate with architects and engineers to meet project specifications.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of PM experience, deep knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency with Procore and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within agreed-upon limits.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Approve and process invoices and change orders.
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and site workers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee all construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
