Job description

As a Sr. Project Manager, you will lead key strategic accounts and deliver projects that meet the client’s business goals, timeline, and budget. You will work with cross-functional teams and be responsible for all project activities from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and problem solving skills. You are a decision maker, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of all aspects of the project. Equally as important, the right candidate will build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and QD team members.

Position type: Full time (US or Canada based).

Location: Remote

Reports to: Vice President, PMO

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the lifecycle of assigned project(s)
  • Create and maintain a project schedule that defines activities, milestones, dependencies, and duration
  • Request appropriate resources to meet project needs, scope, and budget throughout the project
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Understand and communicate the client’s strategic objectives
  • Work closely with project team members to propose solutions for the client’s anticipated needs
  • Plan and manage internal and external project communications
  • Promote high standards of professional integrity on all proposed and actual client business solutions and ensure that quality standards are met
  • Identify, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
  • Resolve conflicts and clear roadblocks
  • Contribute to continual process and people management innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), and site development (build and maintenance)
  • 5+ years agency experience as a Project Manager managing website projects and/or multi-channel digital marketing projects
  • Experience gathering business requirements and documentation
  • Experience managing and leading multiple projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
  • Experience working with creative and development teams with an ability to independently manage time, budget and project scope
  • Ability to build a project plan for a variety of project types
  • Ability to express POV on solutions that serve customer needs
  • Knowledge of PM principles, methods and techniques, and development lifecycle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Persistent attention to detail, while maintaining an overall understanding of projects
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Google Workspace)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the Adobe Suite of tools (especially AEM and Marketo)
  • Understanding of digital content strategy
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.

Applicants who’d like to be considered for a full-time position must be US or Canada based.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
