The senior project manager will drive execution of large highly complex projects, ensuring that commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards. They will proactively work with the project team and stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered in a manner that achieves business/contractual obligations and meets client/key stakeholder satisfaction and needs. Responsibilities include delivering projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle, executing communication plans, managing scope changes, anticipating and communicating impacts of project decisions, creating and monitoring risk logs, demonstrating project control, establishing trusted relationships, reporting project status, building relationships across organizational functions, motivating the team, sharing lessons learned, and identifying process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred for development PMs, 10+ years relevant work experience with 2-3 years at expert level preferred, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, strong negotiation skills, and advanced MS Office Suite skills. Travel up to 10% may be required. Work is performed in a remote environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
