Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a team of Project Managers, coaching them to deliver complex healthcare deployments. You will coordinate multi-site implementations, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure projects meet defined PM standards and customer requirements.

The role involves end-to-end project execution, pre-sales support, and risk management across diverse customer deployments in a global health technology environment.

Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.Designs, develops and manages customer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.Plans, coordinates, and supervises the implementation of Varian products with our customers, contractors, and Varian internal stakeholders independently.Works on projects of diverse scope and significant dependencies, typically several HW and SW product is in scope, project impacts complex site or large multisiteRoutinely works with Luminary, Strategic, Complex, or other high-visibility customers and projectsSupports/leads New Product Introduction (NPI) projectsContributes to pre-sales strategy, solution validation, and project feasibility assessments for complex deployments.Perform routine project management tasks to ensure customer compliance with technical requirements, for equipment implementation and minor upgradesLeads high-visibility strategic, and cross-regional projects/programs involving multiple stakeholders across business units, geographies, and functions.Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives (e.g. multi-phase system upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and clinical workflow enhancements).Manages multiple projects concurrentlyParticipates in on-site visits and/or conference callsOrchestrates cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Installation, Clinical, IT and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.Supports customers and contractors to prepare the facility for a successful and efficient implementation or upgradeProvides qualified input and feedback with support from SMEsIdentifies and mitigates project risks and issues.
