Job Description:

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead Transmission & Distribution (T&D) initiatives across substations, overhead lines, and underground systems. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, engineering-driven environment where leadership, innovation, and long-term client relationships are at the core of every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the full project lifecycle for T&D infrastructure, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and client teams to drive technical excellence and operational efficiency
• Lead scope development, project planning, forecasting, and execution across multi-disciplinary teams
• Manage client communications and provide strategic oversight on deliverables and timelines
• Uphold regulatory and safety standards across all project phases
• Support mentoring, team development, and internal best practice initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in power delivery project management, including substations and transmission lines
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams across EPC or design-build delivery models
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of utility regulations and permitting processes
• PMP certification preferred
