The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage various quality improvement projects for the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC). Responsibilities include coordinating research and administrative efforts, managing relationships with sponsors and partners, drafting reports and communications, providing expertise on quality improvement and health policy projects, and project development including grant writing. Additional activities may include research, technical assistance, drafting change packages, creating driver diagrams, coaching on QI tools, and basic data analysis depending on project needs and proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
At least four years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience. Successful completion of a background check is required. A pre-employment physical and drug screen may be required.
An advanced degree and training in quality improvement science, such as IHI Breakthrough Series, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or Lean tools, are preferred.
