You will also collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project outcomes. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience

• 7+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, information systems, or similar

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects

• Active project management certification (e.g. PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP)

• Experience with project management and productivity tools such as MS-Project, Project Insight, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent

• Experience with managing multiple, concurrent work streams of varying complexity

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels

• Strong presentation skills in one-to-one and one-to-many forums.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Oversee the planning , coordination , and execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies

• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets, monitor progress and manage change control

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations and facilitating communication

• Implement and improve project management tools, templates, and processes to enhance project delivery

• Lead project risk management activities, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are implemented

• Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned for future improvements

About the Team

As a member of IPMS Professional Services, Project Management Office, you will manage the IP management software system implementation projects in close collaboration with the IP Management Software & Services business group. You will work directly with internal teams to ensure successful implementation with our customers.

Hours of Work

• Full Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday, core business hours)

• This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in one of our US Clarivate offices
