Actalent is seeking a Project Manager for their Des Moines, IA office to lead and oversee commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of project management experience, strong skills in scheduling and estimation.
Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing project lifecycle phases, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders. Provide leadership and oversight for assigned construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, execution, and closeout.
In office about 70% of the time. Located in the East Village. Projects are all within central Iowa, with the furthest active project in Newton. The office has 17 employees, an in-office gym, and a company truck if available.
