Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget by planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) with two years of project and budget management, proficiency with ERP/CRM and Excel, and experience with Procore; a valid driver's license is required.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review plans, and maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows-based programs, ERP/CRM systems; strong Excel skills; experience with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and resource allotment.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties and provide technical advice.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, possess a good understanding/use of Excel and highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore
• Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
