Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead consulting, design or construction management on large, complex projects in our life sciences and food sectors.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams including subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple scopes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive collaboration and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead large teams including subcontractors.
• Experience as a Project Manager on complex projects.
• Understanding of core engineering disciplines and design/construction delivery.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teamsthan those generally managed by the Project Manager. Responsible for client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work. Projects often include several subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned project(s) of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity and with larger teams than those generally managed by the Project Manager
• Client relationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
• Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
• Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually
