Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager to direct consulting, design or construction management for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, budget and schedule. You will manage client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive project performance and quality.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and at least five years of PM experience, preferably in design or similar settings; strong leadership and communication

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction managementservices for assigned project(s), ensuring work is performed in conformance with project objectives and requirements,project performance metrics (e.g., client satisfaction, profitability), and quality requirements. Principal areas of responsibilityinclude safety, subcontractor management, change management, project control and reporting, project staffing, adherence to quality plan, project budget, and project schedule for consulting, design or construction projects. Responsible for clientrelationship management, including creating a positive experience that will lead to future work. Accountable for projectfinancial performance. Single or multiple project assignments may be required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
• Minimum of fiveyears of successful Project Management experience, preferably in a design firm or equivalent setting

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors
• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager
• Foundational understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in adesign and construction
