• 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager, specifically working within a fast-paced dynamic environment with high degrees of ambiguity to deliver large, complex, simultaneous projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Project (highly preferred), or equivalent Project Management software.
• Experience owning all aspects of project management, including but not limited to project finances, stakeholder management, driving timelines, executive presence, and risk analysis.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences and all levels of the organization. Ability to bridge communication gaps between technology and business users. Ability to foster open team communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Day-to-Day:

• An enterprise retail company is looking to bring on a Sr. Project Manager to help meet deadlines and move along key technical projects surrounding the licensee space in the US and internationally. This job contributes to the company's success by working with business unit groups to review, document, analyze, and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of moderately complex to complex business processes. These individuals will be responsible for processing reviews, facilitating design and development of new processes, and acting in accordance with the company's guiding principles.

Compensation:

$75/hr DOE

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
