Senior Project Manager - Multifamily Architecture

Salary range: $148-$165K

We’re working with an established architecture firm that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multifamily and mixed-use residential projects from design through construction.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning complex projects, managing client and consultant communication, guiding internal teams, and staying close to the technical details that keep projects moving.

What you’ll do:

• Lead multifamily and mixed-use residential projects through design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration
• Manage client, consultant, contractor, and agency communication
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, staffing needs, and coordination
• Guide project teams and mentor less experienced staff
• Review project documentation for quality, coordination, and technical completeness
• Help resolve design, documentation, and construction-phase issues

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of architectural experience
• Strong multifamily housing experience
• Experience leading projects from early design through construction administration
• Solid understanding of documentation, detailing, consultant coordination, and project delivery
• License preferred, but not required
