Job summary

Mitchell International, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional product operations and drive agile delivery across teams.

You will coordinate planning, monitor KPIs, and develop executive dashboards to support portfolio governance in a remote work setup. The role requires 4–7 years in program or project management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Azure DevOps, with a PMP or Six Sigma background preferred but

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Operations, PMO, or a related discipline.
• Software Development Project Experience required.
• College degree or project management certification required.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage cross-functional product operations initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
• Support quarterly and annual planning processes, including roadmap alignment, capacity planning, and dependency tracking.
• Monitor and report on key product delivery metrics, portfolio health indicators, and operational KPIs.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting artifacts.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to established governance standards within Azure DevOps and related tools.
• Facilitate operational reviews and portfolio governance meetings.
• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Agile leadership to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support tool administration, process documentation, and adoption of best practices.
• Project Management on moderate or complex agile delivery projects, including responsibility for coordinating schedules, planning, and risk management
• Drive follow-up and accountability for action items resulting from planning sessions, governance reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Remove impediments when possible, escalation when necessary
