This highly visible role supports growth and operations across the Florida market. You will lead scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and closeouts for large-scale concrete projects, collaborating with site leadership and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Familiarity with Commercial/Industrial project types.
• Knowledge of construction principles for projects over $1 million.
• Experience performing estimates, bids and proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and ensure all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup with initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Organize logs for MPOs and POs to track items and submittals.
• Manage an organized takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and operations to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to align costs with the budget.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Familiarity with a variety of project types, particularly in Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, particularly for projects exceeding $1 million.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
