You will manage timelines and budgets, mentor junior staff, and support permitting, approvals, and logistics for on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with expediting and expeditor responsibilities, such as permitting, approvals, and documentation flow.
• Background in inspection activities, including site walks, quality control, and verification of work against drawings and specifications.
• Skills in logistics management, including coordinating materials, vendors, and construction sequences for complex projects.
• Professional experience in landscape architecture, architecture, construction management, or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and maintain clear documentation.
• Proficiency with project management and design tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, CAD or BIM tools preferred).

Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Redwood City, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors; facilitating permitting and approvals; and organizing logistics for materials, inspections, and on-site activities. This position also mentors junior team members, contributes to process improvements, and supports the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service.
