Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Landscape Architecture in Orlando to lead complex planning and design projects from strategy through delivery. You will supervise planners and landscape architects, mentor rising leaders, and strengthen client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on project management, empowering teams to grow and expand client relationships while contributing to the practice’s success.
