Overview

OTJ Engineering Ltd is seeking a Work Winning Senior Project Manager / Project Executive with experience in major Water infrastructure for a long-standing general contracting partner in Florida. The partner is a leading name in Water and Wastewater infrastructure construction and is expanding into Florida. The role offers potential rapid growth into a Regional manager position with hiring responsibilities in Florida.

Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr. On offer is a salary up to US$220k plus a realistic bonus of around 20% of annual salary. As this company is a leading international organization, a full range of benefits and attractive 401k are offered alongside salary and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Win and deliver major water treatment projects valued over US$100m for a main general contractor.
• Lead and manage projects with a regional remit, with potential progression to Regional manager and hiring responsibilities in Florida.
• Operate in a startup-like environment, contributing to rapid growth and market entry in Florida.
• Develop and maintain a profile within the US water infrastructure sector to facilitate bids and tenders.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in Water or Waste Water Treatment and/or Pump Station construction.
• 7+ years of direct Project Management experience within the water treatment construction sector for a main general contractor.
• A CV that leans predominantly into construction general contracting.
• Experience winning and delivering projects valued over US$100m.
• Experience with hard bid and/or alternative delivery methods is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to win bids and tenders and a well-known profile in the US water infrastructure sector.
