OTJ Engineering Ltd in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead major water and wastewater projects valued over US$200m. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and targets a June 2026 start.

You should bring 15+ years in water/wastewater or pump station construction and 10+ years in CM/Superintendent roles with a main general contractor. Salary up to US$185k plus a 20% bonus and full benefits.

• 10+ years direct Construction Management / Superintendent experience in water treatment construction for a main general contractor.
• CV focused on construction general contracting.
• At least one project valued over US$200m delivered as Senior Superintendent or Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major water treatment projects as Senior Construction Manager.
• Coordinate with the Senior Project Manager on project start and delivery through 2030.

Salary- Up to US$185k + Bonus and Package

OTJ Engineering are seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a long standing general contracting partner in Dallas, Texas.

Our partner is a leading name in the construction of Water and Wastewater infrastructure and is an established player in the Texas market. They are looking for a Senior Construction Manager with experience of delivering major water treatment projects valued over US$200m for a newly awarded project scheduled until 2030.

This role will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and the project is scheduled to start in June 2026.

Ideally you will have;

• Over 15 years experience of working within Water or Waste Water Treatment and/ or Pump Station construction.
• 10+ years of direct Construction Management / Superintendent experience within the water treatment construction sector for a main general contractor.
• A CV that leans predominantly into construction general contracting.
• At least one experience of successfully delivering a project valued over US$200m as a Senior Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Experience of projects within both hard bid and alternative delivery methods is highly desirable.
