Job summary

VitalEdge Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex ERP, BI, data analytics, AI, and integration initiatives. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including ERP or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing technical projects involving BI, data analytics, APIs, or cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methods.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, upgrades, and enterprise technology projects.
• Manage BI, data analytics, AI, and system integration initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and scope changes.
• Lead projects involving API integrations, analytics solutions, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Provide regular project updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvements that enhance delivery, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Therole:

AsaSeniorProjectManager,youwillleadtheplanninganddeliveryofcomplexenterprisetechnologyinitiatives,includingERP,BusinessIntelligence(BI),dataanalytics,AI,andsystemsintegrationprojects.YouwillpartnerwithProduct,Engineering,Data,andbusinessteamstodeliverprojectsontime,withinscope,andalignedwithbusinessobjectives.
