Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Primary Care Quality & Safety department in a hybrid role. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects and report to the Director of Quality & Safety Operations.

The Senior Project Manager will support the Beth Israel Health Primary Care Quality & Safety Department. This role will report to the Director of Quality & Safety Operations. This is a full-time opportunity, and will be hybrid.
Directs several complex projects simultaneously by utilizing the tools, techniques and methodology of professional project management fundamentals to meet the current and anticipated needs of the organization. Achieves operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.
Pay Range: $95,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD. The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
