The Manager, Nursing Operations is a member of BILH’s System Nursing Team that provides advisory and project management support to high-priority initiatives across both clinical and business domains. The Manager supports a broad portfolio focused on enabling BILH System Nursing team to work effectively, with projects ranging from clinical program integration, operation efficiencies, workforce retention strategy development, and health equity initiative project implementation. In addition to its project work, the Manager is responsible for key regulatory reporting activities for BILH System Nursing Team and leads efforts to quantify the financial impact of integration efforts.
The Manager reports to a VP of System Nursing Operations. Responsibilities include managing projects or multiple workstreams of complex projects, typically involving multiple organizations and departments; collection, analysis, and synthesis of quantitative and qualitative data, including in support of regulatory reporting efforts; and, the development of tools and analyses to measure and report on performance. The Manager will collaborate with colleagues across BILH, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Strategy, Legal, and Marketing & Communications, as well as operational and clinical leaders across the system’s hospitals and other clinical entities.

Pay Range
$70,000.00 USD - $95,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
