• Represent firm in client meetings, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, establish schedule, and finalize proposals.
• Participate in business development and maintain ongoing client relations.
• Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise 4–8 employees within Engineering teams.

What You’ll Do as a Senior Project Manager:

• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance.
• Represent firm in meetings with client, determine Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigation, establish schedule, prepare proposal material, review with Principal or other Project Manager and finalize proposal.
• Participate in business development for prospective clients and maintain ongoing relations with current clients.
• Manage up to two Project Managers who supervise a total of 4 to 8 employees within the Engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a four‑year college or university
• At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent problem solving, decision‑making, communication, and team building skills, and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
• PE certification required
• A motivated, curious problem‑solver who works well independently and on a team.
