Koch Companies seeks a Senior Project Manager, Digital to lead initiatives within the Molex Digital Business Operations portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, including IT and vendors, to deliver on-time, within budget, and with clear executive readouts.

Based at the Molex Lisle, IL facility with a four-day onsite work week, this position emphasizes simplifying complexity and delivering measurable outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years leading project management across multiple initiatives, including large-scale global transformation efforts.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience working across global, multi-country and cross-functional teams, including remote deployments across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management efforts for multiple projects within Molex Digital Business Operations portfolio (Business Applications deployment, M&A integration).
• Create and oversee a comprehensive project plan integrating workstreams from procurement, IT, vendors and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support leadership in developing material and messaging for executive read outs (steering committees).
• Drive accountability across functional teams to meet goals, report KPIs, and manage risks.
• Manage scope and prevent scope creep to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor program expenditures and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Lead globally diverse, cross-functional teams toward common outcomes for stakeholders.
• Document course of project plans with external partners and workstream leads.

What You Will Do

• Lead project management efforts for multiple projects under Molex Digital Business Operations portfolio (Business Applications deployment, Merger & Acquisitions integration).
• Create and oversee a comprehensive project plan that integrates workstreams from various business functions, procurement, IT, third-party vendors and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Support leadership in developing material and key messaging for executive read outs (steering committees).
• Drive accountability across functional teams toward the established goals and objectives, raising risks as needed and ensuring reporting reflects reality through clear communication and collaboration (RIDAC items).
• Ensure projects remain on track by managing scope, and avoiding scope creep, maintaining focus within the core team to meet schedule.
• Monitor and control program expenditures, ensuring alignment with the Decision-Making Framework (DMF) and staying within budgetary guidelines.
• Influence and lead globally diverse and cross-functional teams to align behind common goals and deliver excellent outcomes for the stakeholders.
• Simplify internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear messaging that inspires trust and credibility.
• Work with external partners & workstream leads to plan the course of the project or program (including milestones, resources required, cross-functional dependencies, use of technology and tools) and document in project plan.
• Act as escalation point, removing obstacles for project team.
• Establish cadence of meetings for projects.
• Define key metrics for projects (analyze trends, report overall KPIs and provide mitigation plans where appropriate).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading project management across multiple initiatives, including large-scale global transformation efforts.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and gathering, analyzing, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience working across global, multi-country, and cross-functional teams, including remote teams and deployments across multiple time zones in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Technical experience across infrastructure, ERP, or digital technology environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end M&A integration efforts, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination to successfully onboard and integrate acquired businesses.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to bring cross-functional leaders together to facilitate discussions, resolve issues, and align on a path forward.

For this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $175,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
