Job summary

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects across brands, aligning resources, schedules, and budgets and reporting progress to stakeholders. This role emphasizes process standardization, client-facing coordination, and disciplined project governance.

You will own project plans, drive delivery, and partner with teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs while maintaining fiscal stewardship and risk management. A strong analytics mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for storytelling with data and facts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands.
• Allocate resources and manage freelancing needs with Resource Planning team.
• Own and report on project plans, status, and hot lists for all projects.
• Schedule and lead weekly status meetings, client-facing when needed.
• Track decisions impacting budgets, scope and timelines.
• Contribute to fiscal responsibilities including scopes, amendments and reporting.
• Provide transparency to mitigate budget, scope and timeline risks.
• Ensure objectives and deliverables meet clients’ needs and expectations.
• Support teams to define and measure project success with metrics and tools.
• Assist with training and onboarding Brand Operations partners.
• Guide adoption of processes and standards agency-wide.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and drive project deliverables across multiple projects and brands, simultaneously
• Work collaboratively toallocateand manage resources by project and account, including any freelancing needs with the Resource Planning team
• Own,maintainand report on project plans, status, andhot listsfor every project and account assigned with the agency approved tool
• Schedule and lead weekly internal, and at times, external (client facing) status meetings
• Track key decisions and prioritization thatimpactsproject budgets, cadence, scope, and/or timelines
• Contribute to the fiscal responsibility of assigned brands including: the process that encompasses the creation of new scopes and scope amendments, financial reporting and estimations as needed
• Continuously provide transparency with key stakeholders (internal and external) to mitigate risk to budget,scopeand timelines
• Ensure all projectobjectivesand deliverables are clearly documented, approved, and delivered to meet clients’ needs and expectations
• Support teams to define and measure project success using metrics,toolsand resources
• Assistwith training and onboarding new Brand Operations partners
• Guide the adoption and adherence of new/existing processes and standards agency wide

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or universityrequired
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencerequired
• Experience assembling and managing schedules with multiple dependencies and stakeholders simultaneously
• Passion for empowering partners and clients with a seamless experience through process improvement and standardization
• Professional presentation skills and strong personal presence arerequired
• Mustpossessoutstanding interpersonal skills as well as an articulate, friendly, “whatever it takes” service-minded attitude, along with a strong work ethic

The annual gross base salary range is $65,000- $85,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
