Job summary

Richard, Wayne & Roberts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead big-box grocery and retail construction projects across the United States. The role focuses on delivering ground-up projects from preconstruction through closeout, with typical sizes around 150,000+ SF.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate across design, engineering and field teams, and supervise subcontractor procurement and execution. Travel is modest, averaging 3–4 days per month.

Qualifications

• Background in retail, big box, warehouse, or distribution center projects preferred.
