Job summary

Jobtailor in Irving, TX seeks a senior project leader to direct capital projects from inception through design, construction, start-up, validation and approval. You will develop timelines, oversee teams, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with quality, cost and regulatory requirements.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, coordinate across manufacturing, facilities, engineering and maintenance, and drive governance, risk management and continuous improvement for sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations, engineering, project management, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a regulated or healthcare-related environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to influence across functions and levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Understanding of risk analysis, quality systems, and compliance requirements in a regulated environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple commitments, adapt to changing business needs, and solve complex technical or operational problems.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related project management tools.
