Job description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with consulting experience who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery (W-2 only; no recruiters or agencies, please) . You’ll work directly with client stakeholders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and lead complex initiatives from ideation through execution.

This is not just a coordination role — we're looking for someone who can help clients figure out what to do and how to get it done, navigating ambiguity, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring momentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with client leadership to define strategic goals, priorities, and roadmaps
• Lead end-to-end project delivery: scope definition, work planning, execution tracking, and risk management
• Act as a thought partner to clients, facilitating workshops, gathering insights, and aligning stakeholders
• Develop and manage project plans, status reporting, and governance routines
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by translating high-level objectives into actionable tasks
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, and technology teams
• Identify and resolve project issues and remove blockers to keep teams on track
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients and internal leadership
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and continuous improvement

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6+ years of project management experience leading high profile projects in a consulting environment
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to fine-tune communication style to connect with a variety of stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders; able to drive clarity in ambiguous environments
• Ability to take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic client environments with shifting priorities
• Experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with change management, process improvement, and/or operating model design
• Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
